\nnot knowing what to do with it.
\nFeeling the urge to
\ncalm it, numb it, turn it away.<\/p>\n
Life force
\nletting it be.
\nFeeling it.
\nFlowing through me.
\nDoing its work.
\nBlockages dissolve.<\/p>\n
Life force
\nBurning away what is not needed any more
\nNourishing what wants to come into being.
\nStrengthening myself for the path ahead.
\nClearing, transmuting, creating.<\/p>\n
Vitality.<\/p>\n
Feeling me, inside my body.
\nFeeling my body, inside of me.
\nFeeling me, in this world.
\nFeeling the world, inside of me.<\/p>\n
More and more
\nMe
\nHere<\/p>\n
The old crumbling away, dissolving.
\nFear, anxiety, uncertainty
\nare allowed to run through me.
\nAt the same time
\ntrust
\nconfidence
\nthe knowing, that space for the new is arising.<\/p>\n
Melting into it,
\ninto the change.<\/p>\n
The new arising
\nin each moment.<\/p>\n
Creating art.
\nWriting.
\nDreaming.
\nWhen beginning, i never know,
\nwhat will arise.
\nIt\u2019s showing itself,
\nwith each streak
\nwith each word..
\nFeeling what is coming next.
\nTaking the next step.
\nAnd on and on.<\/p>\n
