Like these baguettes, perfect for a quick dinner.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy them at the <a href=\"https:\/\/happyhealthyrawfree.de\/en\/my-happy-healthy-raw-free-on-the-road-rawfood-cafe\/\">travelling raw food caf\u00e9<\/a> &#8211; or just try them yourself at home.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"false\"><em class=\"false\"><strong>What you need<\/strong> (f 1 person):<\/em><\/p>\n<ul class=\"false\">\n<li class=\"false\">1 mid-size zucchini<\/li>\n<li class=\"false\">tomatoes, lettuce, microgreens, bell pepper, seaweed, sprouts, &#8230; whatever you like to top your baguette with<\/li>\n<li class=\"false\">1-2 tablespoons of your favourite dip or spread. <em>(You will find many more new recipes for dips, spreads, sauces in my soon-to-come new recipe ebook, so stay tuned!)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"false\"><em class=\"false\"><br \/>\n<strong>Instructions<\/strong>:<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"false\">Cut of the ends of the zucchini and then cut it lengthwise into slices.
