And you don&#8217;t need a blender for it!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (serves one):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>one zucchini, choose the size according to your appetite<\/li>\n<li>2 roma tomatoes (or other tomato variety of your choice)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 avocado<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp raw pumpkin seed butter<\/li>\n<li>raw nori flakes<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tbsp water<\/li>\n<li>optional: 1 clove of garlic<\/li>\n<li>optional: spices of your choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Use a peeler to cut the courgette into thin strips. These are your tagliatelle. Alternatively, you can spiralize them to spaghetti.<\/p>\n<p>With a fork or a spoon, mix the pumpkin seed butter with a little water and optionally finely chopped garlic to a light cream and mix the &#8220;noodles&#8221; thoroughly with it.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the tomatoes and the peeled avocado into cubes and add them to the pasta.<\/p>\n<p>Arrange nicely on a plate, sprinkle with nori flakes and spices if desired &#8211; and enjoy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tips<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>I like the slightly spicy taste of pure pumpkin seed butter.
