Raw Vegan AfterEight Nicecream Bowl

Anyone who does not like nicecream on hot summer days? This raw vegan mint chocolate nicecream is as delicious as healthy – and all easy to prepare.

You will need

– 3 small bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen.

– juice of 1 orange (alternative a few Tbsp water, or just skip it)

– 1-2 handful fresh mint leaves

– 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder

If you prefer your food to be very sweet, you can add 1 or 2 medjool dates, too. I prefered not too, for me the sweetness of banana is way enough.

Take the banana out of your freezer and let sit for 15 minutes.

Add to your Vitamix then, add all other ingredients, and blend until smooth.

Make your food a feast for your eyes, too – even if it’s “only” for yourself!

Some fruit come with perfect natural bowls (after having eaten what was in ­čśë ) – like watermelon, other melons, young coconuts, oranges – or dragonfruit (pitaya).

I served my nicecream in the empty skin of a dragonfruit (you can keep it in the fridge for one day or so) – i love how they look!

Top with whatever you like (e. g. cherries and cacao nibs) – and enjoy!
