Life is NOW

Many people seem to look at their lives now as if a grand pause button was pressed. Waiting for “normality” to come back. As if nothing would happen now.
Yet, there is a LOT happening! And i am not talking about the ongoing panic-mongering, more and more restrictions being implemented, and everybody being way to willing to follow and to give up their freedom.
What i am talking about is, what is happening inside of us. You. Me. Everybody.

We change. Each and every one of us.

And each one of us can choose HOW to change … and thereby decide what will come next.
So be the change you want to see in the world!
Co you want to live in an unfree world, full of fear and restrictions?
Or do you want to live in a world of love and peace and freedom for all beings?
The reality you knew up to now is gone. So its unconscious chains are broken – take this chance instead of waiting for a “savior” … or for someone else to put new chains on you.
  • Who do you want to be?
  • How do you want your life to look like?
  • How do you want the world to look like?
Re-create yourself.
Re-create your life.
Choose consciously.
Choose love instead of fear!
Start with your daily routines and habits. (including your diet).
Consciously choose where to focus your mind on, where to put your energy in.
Consciously choose love in each and every thing you do.
This is not a pause of life. This truely IS life!

Embracing what is

There is so much healing happening right now, inside of me & for the whole world, all of us. We are all in this together, connected, as we have always been. Now so many more begin to really feel this, on so many levels.

It’s been a while since my last post here; life went fast, so let’s start with a short update of where i am and what is happening in my life right now:

Learn to love your greens! How to really enjoy eating raw vegetables

Do you like greens and vegetables? Are you happy with eating them just the way they are because you really love their taste? If so, this post is not for you. This is for those who struggle with eating their greens. Who really don’t enjoy eating lettuce, spinach, celery, cucumbers, zucchini, beet roots … any vegetables. And don’t feel happy with taking them down hidden in a smoothie either.

There’s a simple trick to get yourself to eating all the greens and veggies your body needs: simple, lowfat, delicious dipps and dressings!

Winter Raw Food: Carrot Soup

Rawfood paradise in winterly Germany looks a bit different from what i used to eat in Tenerife’s warm climate. Greens, seaweed and sprouts stay, pumpkin and beetroot as well, but fruit, including non-sweet cooling fruit like cucumber and zucchini (my staples during the last months) make place for more warming vegetables, more root vegetables.

What i really love these days is raw soup. Blended root vegetables with warming spices and seaweed.

Complicated Raw Diet?

To some, the raw vegan lifestyle appears to be too complicated: Do I get enough protein? How much fat should I eat? Which kinds of fat and fatty acids to I need? How can I be sure to get all the vitamins and other micronutrients my body needs? What am I allowed to eat, is this “really raw”, how do I combine my food properly?

I blogged about all of these and many more (mainly in german, up to now – sorry 😉 ) – but: it does not really matter!
