Some days ago, i came up with this delicious, addictive and very nourishing raw vegan mayonaise. Slightly green, too – fitting in with my highgreen favourite dinners. 😉
I did it several times during the last days, and now want to share the recipe with you. Cause you, too, might need something savory after all this sweet chocolate stuff i posted here lately. 🙂
So here it is, the recipe for raw vegan green mayonaise
– 1/2 Avocado
– 1 tsp raw pumpkin seed butter
– few drips of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
– optional 1/2 – 1 small clove of garlic
– 1-2 tbsp water
– a dash of kelp powder, or use water you soaked dried seaweed in. Salt might be an option if you want to eat it (i don’t).
Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. That’s it.
Enjoy the mayonaise with a big bunch of fresh greens. Like lettuce, spinach, celery stalks, seaweed, wild herbs, broccoli etc.
