Today, i spontaneously created these lowcarb raw vegan o*reos … aka rawreos … and they turned out addictively delicious!
So here it is: the recipe for keto rawreos:
You will need
- almonds and almondbutter
- fresh blackberries
- psyllium seeds.
Grind almonds and mix with a few fresh blackberries until it forms a dough. Be careful not to add too many berries for the dough not to get too wet.
Form cookies.
Stir a teaspoon of almond butter with 1-2 tablespoons of water. Add a teaspoon of psyllium seeds and stir in well.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Form soft small balls from the mixture and place between two cookies.
That’s it 😀 … enjoy!
For extra sweetness, you can add some stevia.
