Food Diary – 6 Days of my Happy Healthy Raw Free Diet in October

So here is a new food diary for you!

Back from the abundance of fruit during summer/late summer months – i enjoyed loooots of pitayas, figs, and mangos 😀

Now i am back to not-that-sweet … finding my balance in following my body’s messages and needs.

Which, as i wrote here lately, is the key to a lasting healthy diet: listen to your body, and love yourself enough to follow it’s signs. Even this is not what feels comfortable all the time.

Still eating two meals a day, but a bit earlier than before: between 10am and 4pm, mostly. Why? Simply because this feels better to me.
